I've been doing a bit of digging around and found this, it seems like the exact same problem as you have. Give that post a read through and see if it offers any help.

That sounds ominous, possibly a motherboard failure. One other possibility is your PSU, do you know what rating you have (Wattage)?

It's still doing the same thing.

- Installed my Graphics Card onto my motherboard and plug in the 6 slot wire from my PSU

- Turn on my computer, once the Starting Loading screen disappears, my screen goes unresponsive and the Graphics Card Fans seems to speed up to 100%

Well if I can cut in at this point no beep means no RAM you should at least get a single beep because that is when the timer chip the gets fired up. (Check the volts at pin 8 - grey cable)

I would be running a memtest as well as cleaninf the slots - if I didmn't menton that before

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.htmlthis one you will need to make a bootable disk set the BIOS to optical (or USBif preferred) boot the machine and let it run for at LEAST 8 passes unless the errors come up straight away. Takes fair time to complete and some leave it running overnight.

Now as for the slots to cleanthem use a strip of old credit card about 1/2 inch wide nip the corners off oneend - preferably round them off hold apiece of thin lint free cloth over the end dab on some form of alcohol - isopropyl alcohol (what we swab the skin with before an injection) is good andGENTLY swipe along the slots.

This can also be done for the GPUslot/s.

I've already fixed that by plugging my PC into my power bar (For some reason it was plugged into the wall directly)

The only issue left is the Graphic Card

Yes any slot Viruz even reseating can still not be enough mate. So I can take it yoyu are getting the one beep from the RAM?

But I have to say the card does look very suspect I don't know what Boozad thinks he is probably more experienced with those. I just disassemble them, clean and check out the actual physical properties rather than the software they use.
Which brings me to have you actually had a real close look at the card? check out the caps see if there is any bulging, splits, goo oozing from any any scorch marks on the printed circuit board. Try checking out also for what are known as dry joints that is soldered joints which are loose or the copper matrix is not fully fixed tot the board.

Well the long beep was only because of my power (Not enough power coming through since I was plugged into a wall outlet instead of a power bar).

Infact, today I did took a look at the Video Card and everything seems to be fine on it, that's why I don't understand why it's not working like it should. This is a really annoying situation.

Ok well all I can think is - is the card is bad. Personally I had so manyproblems with the AMD stuff I went over to all NVidia and have never had a problem.

I have all machines running the Asus GTX 650 which I think is superseded now from my supplier but at $130 was a good buy. I was put onto this by my friend in the US and he uses it too and does a fir bit of graphical stuff.
But I guess it does depends on whether you want to persist with trying to fix the current card or get (and afford of course) another AMD or even move to NVidia?

The prices here are far better than I get and myself I would opt for the second on that listing Newegg.com - asus gtx 650 ti

Well first I'd like to try and see if there's a way around this.
