live mail --> sync contacts and calendar?

I'm using the "live" mail service from Microsoft.
I want to ask if there is a possibility to synchronize contacts and calendar.
My client is a Microsoft Outlook 2010 (maybe in the future a Windows Phone or android).
Is there a way?
