Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

We need more information.

Laptop or desktop? If it is a laptop there should be a wireless on/off swich at the front of your computer.

Have you checked in Device Manager? If there is a yellow question mark next to your wireless adapter you need a driver for it.

Have you checked your wireless network adapter settings in the Network & Sharing Center?

Lastly, giving us your computer specifications always helps us to help you.

Have you done the checks I asked you to?

It does sound as though you may have a defective wireless adapter.

If you don't feel confident to go any further, do you have a repair shop nearby that can check things out for you?

We're still waiting for more information.

In particular, are you using a laptop or desktop?

If it's a laptop have you checked to see if the wireless switch at the front is on?

What are your computer specifications?

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the Network & Sharing Center?
