"Location is not available" Error trying to access Network settings

When I click on Network and Sharing Centre, from the control panel window, it just spins and goes (not responding). I also get this error and I found it in the reg and compared it to another Win 7 installation (same reg key), which was identical.

Anyone has any clues how to fix or deal with this? Right now I can't access network settings on my computer.

Thanks!
