Locked out of administrative control ,Windows7

I am running windows 7 professional x64 and all of a sudden ,I cannot login to the administrator account. It's not even a choice. I only have one account I can access. Anything I try to run that needs an admin access won't run. I can't even type in a password. Also the yes button on the screen isn't even lit up to indicate that you can click on it. I have tried running in safe mode but still cannot access any other accounts. What do I do ? How do I fix it ?

Try scanning with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free.

I am not allowed access of the administrative account I have created. Can't even put in a password if I wanted to.

I understand that, you have couple of choices:
- Option 5 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/238737-user-account-reset-password-windows-7-a.html, this program can enable disabled accounts and reset passwords , you can try it to see whether your accounts have been disabled.
- Option 4 of the link I gave which links to - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/102552-built-administrator-enable-winre.html (method 2 for you)
- Try a System Restore to a date prior to this issue - Option 2 http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

i have tried option 4 and im on to option 5, as long as nothing prompts the admin password i should be ok, finalizing disc from the link you gave me and i will let you know how that works out
