log on screen does not contain the users part

When I start my computer this is what I get..
I can't do ctrl+alt+delete or anything like that..
I have windows 7 ultimate
Does anyone know what should I do?

Work through these sames steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start to disinfect from boot, repair System files, run Startup Repair to check over all parameters (besides boot), attempt System Restore, etc. Everything possible is in the blue link leading up to if necessary rescuiing files to do a perfect reinstall.
