I wanted to install a patch on: MessPatch Light: quick.basic.universal

But it prompted me:
You must log in as a computer administrator to continue.

But the thing is, I am already login as administrator. So how do I further carry on to do it?

Thanks

Hi Pboong, If you have the downloaded patch installer try right clicking on it then select "Run as Administrator"

If this does not work you may have to enable the "Built in Administrator Account" and log into there to do the install

Here is a tutorial on how to do this :)

Thanks, I went to enable administrator and installed it. I thought I am the administrator already?

Is there a way to solve this issue tho? :zip:

Happy you got it sorted, The Username/Administrator account is not a full administrator account it has more previlleges than other accounts that are added later
In most cases the right click-Run as administrator gives you sufficient privelleges otherwise you need to use the built in admin account and also sometimes http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html can work :D
