Hello KurokoChii and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'd go through the troubleshooting steps in this tutorial from one of our Forum experts. Make sure you don't have any malware issues. It might also help to know how long the log in problem has been going on. Did it recently start after doing Windows Updates, for example? Or installing a new program? You could use a system restore point to roll your computer back to a date time prior to doing the updates or program installation. If the log in problem has been going on for a while you might have damaged or corrupt system files. See step # 15 on how to run a system file checker scan.
