Long Shutdown then BSOD after Win7 update

On 4.15.11, possibly right after windows update downloaded SP1 along with a ton of other updates, my Dell Studio One 19 (E7500 and 4GB of RAM) running Windows Home Premium would not shut down. After 1-2 hours, I pulled the plug and subsequent shutdowns gave me the BSOD. Minidump files are basically all the same (see below).

After BSOD, the system reboots and seems pretty stable but for one critical issue. All browsers (FF, IE8, Chrome) have this long latency before they will load a page. If I run speedtest on my TWC Wideband internet access, after the long latency to load, I get a 20ms ping, 30 MBPS down and 5 MPBS up, just what I should have. Functionally, however, browsing is really slow because of the latency to load each URL request. Can anyone help?

We DO require the DMP files to enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms.
Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.



To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
*OK.
