Long time installed window 7 and vista too

Hiya

I got two laptop problem.

One laptop took long time to installed but it took me all day yesterday and nothing change at all.

Another laptop (vista) same as another laptop but it keep crash but I need put both laptop fresh installed but both seem long time installed....

So what should I do. Both is vista and window 7.

I did boot by cd drive then waiting for installed but long long long time...nothing happened??

What have I done?

Where did you get Win7? Did it come preinstalled on the machine? If so is there a COA sticker with Product Key on each machine? If not how do you plan to activate Win7?
