Looking for a New Power Supply

Hi, I want to update my PSU from the 580w hipper type M, i got, to the Corsair Pro Series Gold AX750 — 80 PLUS. Supports the latest ATX12V v2.31 and EPS 2.92.
My computer specks are,
Gigabyte M59SLI-S5. Win 7 Ultimate v6.1.7601 Service Pk1 Build 7601 X86.
Processor:AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+, 3100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s). Installed Physical Memory (RAM):4.00 GB.
Total Physical Memory:3.50 GB. NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS,plus 3x sata HDs, plus 5x external. My question is, can i use this psu with current system. Thank you.

That is a good PSU: Info and Specs for Corsair Pro Series Gold AX750

Corsair has a very good reputation, the OEM for this one is Seasonic, considered the best supplier by many.
