Looking for this wallpaper/theme

Hi,

Just got Windows 7 on my PC, and am currently looking to spruce up the desktop a bit

I'm looking for the wallpaper/theme in the screenshot below. I like the electric blue logo effect.

Any help as to what it is called and where I can get it from would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Alright.
Theme looks like the default aero theme with the blue window color
Gadgets are rainmeter, not sure what scripts though
and here's the wallpaper, i dont have a version in better quality i'm afraid

EDIT: Darn wallpaper aint exactly the same I'll keep looking
