Lost shared folders with new router

I have a home Windows LAN with 5 Windows 7 & Windows 10 systems. When I changed to a new router (from Netgear to Pepwave Soho), naturally the new router assigned a different range if IP addresses to the 5 systems.
With the new router, I had internet access for all systems. In the network folder of each system, I could see the computer name of the other 4 systems. However, I no longer had access to the shared folders on each system. Even changing the IP range on the new Pepwave router to a range similar to that on the old Netgear router did not help. Any suggestions from the experts would be appreciated.

The problem is when you look for a pc on th elocalnetwork widows doesnt look for it it asks the master browser for a list. As the ip changed the master browser would be out of date then changing it again would throw it off a second time. Delete any short cuts you have and rebuild them if you run this on every pc it will show who is MB and see if it sees the other pcs this will often kick the MB back into life the MB needs to be up with all other pcs on for about an hour to remap the network NetBScanner - NetBIOS scanner
