Lots of files ntuser dat files

I was cleaning my laptop from trash files and noticed a lot of ntuser.dat files, is this normal or should i delete some? (check attachment)

You can delete some, but do not force delete any. These files hold the registry and its various backups.

They are usually hidden folders. You apparently set it to show hidden folders. If they bother you, you can hide them again. I would not delete them (which may not be possible anyhow).

Yeah, I wouldn't bother with them. They hold profile data for the registry.

 

[LM2008]

Deleted all but didn't forced 2 of them, restarted to test and windows still working without problems, thanks. I know they were profile data for the registry, but strangely it was growing without installing or doing new things on the machine.
