what are these? they look like crazy applications with crazy naming. are these malwares? malwares are said to camouflage with some files like these. how do we know if the file is a malware or trustworthy?

When I googled those three services only igfxsrvc.exe was listed. It is a process associated with the Intel Common User Interface from Intel Corporation. It is installed with graphic card drivers with Intel chipsets. The other two had no google reference. To me, that makes them suspicious.

There's really no 100% certainty that any file is safe because no anti-malware product will be 100% effective 100% of the time. All you can do is run different scans and if they all come back clean, then the odds of you having a clean computer increase to almost 100%. But the possibility exists that some malware can be so deeply embedded all traditional scans could miss it.

Since you have those two files that didin't show up with a google search, I'd suggest running a few on-demand scans with these free products. Post back what they find, if anything.
