It was developed by a guy named Cullen Dudas. He's only 17. Google knows everything...

I emailed him. I told him that I was impressed by his UI and asked how he created it. I also asked if I could try it out. If I can manage to get a hold of it, I will let you guys know.

I agree. That was pretty badass. I didn't like the task bar, but other than that, cool.

What M$ really needs to do, is make it COMPLETELY customizable. Then everyone would like it...

I've got a screenshot of it. It works for me, but it is really tough to get it to another person. I'll do some more testing and building tomorrow. This is what I did in about an hour.
