I have a failing seagate 3TB HDD (am getting cycle redundancy errors) I would like to put in the PC as an internal WITHOUT losing any files. How would I go about that, as when I have done it before it has asked me to format drive.
Ending up fixing it, it got to 73% on chkdsk with a errors and stopped but I then did a /f and it fixed the problem.
