Make windows scan & consider the fonts in applications

i've deleted copys of fonts ending like _0.font etc & after a restart & opening the fonts folder, many fonts aren't recognized in applications like wlm or office apps while they're still present in the fonts directory of windows .. .

I've realized that win7 doesn't always register available fonts automatically in the fonts folder,
i donno what fixed it, but my process was:

1) applying the fix: fontreg 2.1.2
2) restart
3) open folder properties & in view, uncheck hide protected system files, then recheck it

Ps: it all messed up once i decided to delete all my duplicates in that folder, files
ending with *_0.*

The plus: 157mbs recovered.
