Manufacturer driver or Intel driver for intel hd 3000

Which one would be better? When i try and update via Intel website i get this however. And my score on the windows experience index is only 4.9 for gpu.

Don't expect too much from an Intel graphics arrangement, they are much better than a few years ago but still very much bottom of the league.

Updated the graphics card, got 6.3 instead of 4.9 for the WEI score
