Massive depreciation on RAM?

So I'm gonna sell my Kingston 2GB DDR3-10600 CL9 240-Pin DIMM since it's not compatible with my system. I found a local shop, but the person will buy it for only $4.47 (₱200); it's original price is $33.55 (₱1500). That's around 86.66% value reduction. The usage time of less than 20 minutes. Why? Because it never works on my system hence that's the usage time. The RAM is in good condition and still has it's lifetime warranty. Is the massive value reduction right? I can still find 2GB RAM on Newegg for more than $30. I feel like that I'm being robbed because of the value given to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that the value is around half the price of the RAM. I'd be fine around $13~$15

The value is always what someone is willing to pay. You need to source another place to list and sell these ram modules. But you can't post them here.....just fyi. Is there a Philippine version of Craigslist or Ebay there?

Agree with linne mate they are crooks in the most part cos you can put money on them flogging it for the almost retail price

I reckon on Ebya you are going to get at least half id not more than you paid for them.

Yeah, we have Craigslist Philippines that has another 8 sub Craigslist and the other one is TipidPC; I can still see 2GB RAM prices being on the $13~$15 price range. On the search link below is the list of RAM's being sold (some built computers can be seen being sold too).
Here's the conversion to USD:
₱600 = $13.42
₱700 = $15.66
₱800 = $17.89
₱900 = $20.13
