Memory management, system service exceptions

Been getting these bluescreen for ages, I thought it was due to overheat in the CPU so I changed the paste and everything, it seemed to be working fine but it started to happen again, most of the times it happens when I'm playing the game League of Legends.

Here's the .rar file as instructed, I appreciate your help greatly.

EDIT: Another detail I remembered is sometimes when I turn the pc off, when I go power it up, it will power up but won't boot, when it boots it sends me to the press F1 or F2 to load default settings. Then it works fine for like 2-3 days if I don't turn it off and just keep restarting

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.

Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from http://ati.amd.com (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.

Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

I will be trying all your steps and will report back if this keeps happening, also what tells you that Kaspersky is causing these BSODS? Isn't kaspersky a really good Anti virus?

Kaspersky is a good antivirus but is known to cause BSOD's also.
Please uninstall it for testing purpose. If it wasn't directly the cause of your problem, you can install it back at a later time.

Funny thing is, whenever I get this message when I turn the PC on "Press F1 to run SETUP Press F2 to load default values and continue". and just leave it on for days, by just restarting it and not turning it on and off, I do not get bluescreens, it's when I turn it off, and turn it back on without seeing that message that I get bluescreens.. It's kind of weird. Maybe this could tell you what the problem could be, also sometimes when I turn it off and turn it back on, it turns on but doesn't boot.

Replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard, see if that gets rid of the Press F1/F2 request. I'd also uninstall AMD Overdrive.
