Menu bar customization

Does anyone know how I could make the menu bar a black colour/shade to match my dark/black theme? I'm liking this exact theme as it's minimal and would like to know how to specifically tweak the menu bar and not install a bloated theme pack to change it.

Welcome to the Seven Forums
If you are using the default aero theme I can change that for you.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the
theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.

Or You can use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder or Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. plus Photoshop or Gimp or Paint and do it yourself.

You don't think remixes are cool? It's my copy, I feel I should be able to do with it as I please with all due respect.

I dunno, it doesn't clash that hard, it flows into the wide bodies of most windows, I think it looks alright.

Still bunk that you can't easily change the colour of it by default.
