I just meant the case that my Windows 7 disc came in says it's OEM. I'll try the Repair Disc I just made now.

I did read the thread but didn't comment on the claim that trying to install a data hard drive somehow shrunk your Windows seven partition and created the 100 MB system reserved partition, one of the silliest claims I've ever read.

I'll be willing to help you rescue your Windows 7 install and install your data hard drive so you can properly back up your files, once you change your tone to one more appropriate for asking for others to provide you hundreds of dollars worth of free volunteer help.

Well your posts indicated you didn’t read it thoroughly if you did indeed read it all.
It got created when I initialized the 2nd hard drive as an MBR (when I should have made it GPT). Although maybe I shouldn’t have initialized it all to start off with?
The whole reason I got this hard drive was to backup my files precisely because I value them...
I feel the way I conducted myself was perfectly fine and polite. Your last post just offended me.

I’ve since possibly managed to fix the problem. I was able to convert the hard drive to MBR in Partition Wizard and then rebuild the MBR in it. I was then able to eventually run Startup Repair and my computer has now booted up into Windows! There is no System Allocated Space and things are back to how they were before I started this J.
To be on the safe side, I don’t want to attempt installing the 4TB hard drive or rebooting my PC (yet) in case something goes wrong again.
I’m going to buy an external hard drive tomorrow and backup my hard drive before doing anything else. Then hopefully I can install the new 4tb hard drive without creating new System Allocated Space again. I’ll use the default Windows backup facility as well as any better alternatives that anybody can recommend?
I’m pretty sure I tried to format the disc but was told I had to initialize it so I’m not sure if I can format it to start off with? It didn’t show in My Computer but did show in Disk Management.
I want to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again. One thing to note is that the 2nd hard drive was “Drive 0” and my main SSD is Drive 1 despite the SSD being in the first slot and first in the BIOS. Maybe that was part of the problem?

Edit: Didn't see your last post Greg. Thanks for reconsidering. I'm sorry for wrongly assuming you didn't read my whole thread. As I said, I really do appreciate yours and anybody elses help. I wouldn't even be able to get professional help at this hour. It's very commendable that you and other people on this forum volunteer their time for free and I'm certainly very grateful.
I think we're nearly there and hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to sort things out without needing more help. This guide may be all I need:

Plug in the 4tb hard drive and post back a screenshot of how it registers in Disk Mgmt. You may need to scroll the Disk Manager to show it. We also should see the SSD configuration again after it was fixed.

If it asks to initialize the hard drive then reconfirm that it is asking for the 4tb hard drive only, choose to initialize it GPT. After initializing make as many partitions as you want.

As long as you do not touch the SSD then there will be no repercussions on your Windows 7.

I would then immediately save a Win7 backup image and do a file backup to the 4tb:
