"Message cannot be foun" error in email

Every "once in awhile" (like right now!) I cannot open one or more email messages in Windows Live Mail 2011. The "From" shows fine but for the message, I see "Message cannot be found. The contents of this message cannot be found. Windows Live Mail."

I have close the mail client and started it again; even rebooted, but the messages will not open.

Any way to get them, and/or avoid this problem?

Hi StickMaker. I'd like to offer a few suggestions even though you may have done these already. First, check with your ISP provider and make sure you have configured Windows Live Mail correctly. Second, check your spam settings and see if anything there may be interfering with your mail. Last, delete Windows Live Mail and do a reinstall. Best of Luck

Thank you, Alfred. Seems it was not as critical as I thought. Seems the two messages had been DELETED (by me) and were in the Deleted folder as well and THERE I could open the messages FINE. No idea why "part of" them stayed or came back into the "Inbox" but all I had to do was DELETE them from the Inbox. no problemo!
