Solved Microphone problem when upgrading to windows 7 ultimate from vista

So, i've recently upgraded my laptop which is sony vaio, processor pentium(R) dual-core cpu t4200 2.00GHz
since then, my microphones not been working, realied when using skype the others haven't been able to hear me
my microphone says (microphone high definition audio device, currently unavailable)

i have no idea on how to fix this problem, so if anybody knows please can you give me a step by step tutorial? :)

You might try installing the audio codecs:
Realtek
After accpeting the terms you need to download the first driver from any of the 3 servers on the right.
