Microsoft Office 10 Home and Student Won't Update

I have a home built computer with Windows 7 64 bit and Microsoft Office 10. I bought the Win.7 disk and the Office disk. For some reason I have Office updates that I can't get. I think that it may have something to do with Net Frameworks. In the past I had problems updating Net.Framework and had to delete on and add one. Right now the only Net.Frameworks on the system are 1.1 and 4.5

What does this mean? Can you see the updates and not download them? Can you download the updates and try to install them? When you try the installations, what results do you see?

I can download the updates, but not install. I even tried downloading the update files, then go into safe mode and they still won't load.

There is often an error code provided, in Windows Update, when an update fails to install. You would need to capture those and search on fixes using them.
