Microsoft Samantha For Windows 7

I am trying to find a copy of Microsoft Samantha to install on Windows 7 to use with a screen reader.
Does anyone know where I can get this, and if it is free or if I have to buy it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It can be the one for windows 8 because it will install on windows 7. I just can't find it.
