Microsoft Security Essentials Stops Working

For several weeks MSE stops working and either will restart or
must be manually restarted. I have been unable to repeat the event.
It happens after a boot, and / or spontaneously.

I have this error report which means nothing to me. Can anyone make
sense of it?
