Migrating Windows 7 from one SSD to another.

Hi guys. Just looking for some help/tips. I currently have a Toshiba SSD Drive (HG5D), which is close to filling up. I have just purchased a new one with more space (Kingston SSDNOW 300). Ive never really fiddled with my computer before as it was custom built on a website. I think id have no problems putting in the new one and transferring the old SSD data to new SSD.

My main question is, when transferring the data onto the new one using the Kingston software does this transfer over my Windows 7 OS. Or does this need to be done again. I do still have the disk.

I've never looked at the Kingston software, but I'd certainly assume it's purpose is to "clone" the entire contents of one drive to another and to ensure that the receiving drive is bootable.

I'd have a plan B in case the software didn't work and would not get myself in a position where I was dead-ended with no other way to install to the new drive. I can't recall comments about the Kingston software in particular, but cloning isn't foolproof.
