Missing Network Controller Error Code 28

Hello All,

I have a Latitude E7270 here, it has a custom Win7 SP1 32-bit image on the machine. I have a missing network controller that is causing issues on the machine.

I receive the following in device manager -> Network controller -> properties
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

and below are the hardware id's:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_093C&SUBSYS_21818086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_093C&CC_028000

I have spoken to dell regarding this issue and installed/reinstalled every network driver for this machine on their site but the issue remains. Any advise would be much appreciated as answers/solution is needed ASAP.
