monitoring folder on server(what users are downloading)

Hello, i want to check why my bandwith is overloaded. I have server on my own computer, and want to check what exactly users are downloading from it, is there any program for it?

hmm is there any simple alternative program to do it i want to monitore on live, what user is downloading , and what transfer he gets.
