Solved Monthly Scan on my Sisters' Computer

So, I did a monthly scan on my sisters' computer with Malwarebytes. The scan results were PUPs, and those PUPs were MySearchDial. I have followed Maxie's (Brian's) suggestion on removing them. But, unfortunately there is no MySearchDial installed on the computer under installed programs. I reset IE 11. Any other suggestions?

I did that. But, its not saying that I have MySearchDial on there. I also have a problem with Google Chrome. It's not letting me uninstall it. I have tried removing it through Revo Uninstaller, and that's not working.

Do a scan with Hitman Pro ...

Yes and when finished run a Scan with Malwarebytes ...

I think the last time, it found 4.

Do a scan with Adwcleaner now ...

Okay...I did that earlier, though and it didn't find anything.

How does the Computer seem now is it working as normal ?

Seems to be working fine. It seemed fine, before. I just ran a monthly scan on it and Malwarebytes detected those PUPs.

AdwCleaner didn't detect anything.

Can you Post a screenshot of Programs and Features ... Would like to see what you have listed there ...

What real-time security programs does she use ?
Maybe there is a different program(s) that would help prevent PUPs from being installed ?
