Those are socket 1150 motherboards, are you planning a Haswell build?

I had, well actually still have an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard, it's not a bad board, the only things I didn't like about it was the fact it wasn't actually a full size ATX board (which I found out after I had bought it) and the fact that it would not run my 2400mhz ram at full speed. Apart from that its a pretty good board for the money. Boot times are very fast and I managed a 5.4GHz OC on it recently.
I know you will be getting the Z87 version, but I imagine it is similar. I ended up replacing it with an Asus Sabertooth, now that is a nice board. I swear by Asus boards now, it runs my ram at full speed, I have not had a single issue with it.
Have you looked at any Asus boards?

The rest of your list looks pretty good, but you do know that by just buying 1 stick of Ram that you will not be running Dual channel mode and will lose out on some performance. Personally I would go with either 2x4GB or 2X8GB if you can afford it then you will get the best performance. Also I would look at a higher quality of Ram, value ram might not be the best for a Gaming rig.

For the PSU Seasonic looks good.

Paul.

I checked the watt requirements and it recommended like 517w and minimum 485w or something.

As for the RAM I will definitely get 2x 4mb or 2x 8mb as you say, thanks for that info.

@N00berG00ber, the Corsair is the cheapest one, and the one with the least watt supply. I also found out it doesn't have the bronze mark which kinda sucks, but it is really good for the price nevertheless, but yeah I might need a better PSU after all.

Yeah it is mentioned in the guide I linked previously aswell, and they have indeed done their research.
This PSU might even be good enough if I decide to run SLI later.
