This started early this morning. I have not installed anything in the last week (Except video program to capture this clip.) I have made a short clip showing what it is doing.

All drivers and software are up to date. Changed usb ports and mice, each time same thing happens. Starting up the computer it is fine, no set time frame for when it starts to happen.

If I need to provide more info let me know and I will give it.

Hi GTA3Fan,

Welcome to Seven forums.

Kindly perform a clean boot of the system and try to isolate if one of the background software is causing this issue:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

If the issue still persists then kindly check the system under safe mode:

Also, try the mouse on a different system to isolate the issue. Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
