Solved Mouse Not Working properly in Windows 7

hello experts i need very serious help here........

i am using windows 7 64 bit sp1 from last 5 days my mouse in not working properly on my pc when i get to desktop its working fine (left and right click) when when i try to open start menu or click on clock or taskbar nothing happening but after pressing win+L key and again log on back mouse works every where for some time then again it happens i tried 4 new mouses and uninstalled mouse driver from device manager but same thing happened then i decided to format windows but same thing happened again....... can sumone pls suggest me wht should i do ?? click on my system specs to see my pc configuration

You have ruled out mouse drivers, and I assume you are reasonably sure there are no conflicting mouse and/or keyboard drivers (Software installed and showing in the Programs folder).

I'm not sure what "formatted Windows" means. Did you reinstall the OS and all your programs?

But the next likely suspect is your graphics driver. Have you made any recent changes there?

You can test this by going into Safe Mode. Does the mouse behave properly there?

If it does you can further test this by uninstalling CCC and the graphics driver, restart and let Windows install it's own generic driver, restart to complete the configuration, then see if the mouse works properly without the AMD driver.
