System Runs like a champ, no issues what so ever, Can Play games all night, watch movies on here whatever Except.......I copy over a File to a USB Drive, Dosent matter what size, dosent matter what slot, mfg, Hard Drive, Thumb Drive Dose not matter, DPC's and Interupts Climb to 50% each and peg both my Cores to 100% usage and im at a crawl. Reboot and im Fine, however the file that im trying to copy over fails, and give me the messege of

This is no longer Located in G:\ To Transfer . Verify The Items location and Try Again.
I have attached a few Screen Shots.
Im At a loss, Microsoft has a hot fix for X86 but dosent say anything about X64 or whats causing the USB Issue.
Noone has been able to help me with the 100% usage issue.....
I have gone as far as Formatting and starting over from Scratch with nothing installed except the Drivers.
ANYONE !!! Im at a loss here, i have tried numerous things and nothing is working..
