We have multiple email accounts, some of which are rarely used. How can I ‘turn off’ an account or two from checking email when the others do? I want to easily switch them back on when needed.

I’ve looked at all the settings I could find under Tools>Account Settings but found only a Remove option, not a Suspend (or the like) option.

How can I switch an account on and off?

Thanks
.
