Solved MS Safety Scanner Results are stored where?

I am running the current Scanner and it has already reported eight infected files.
Once it completes, how can I find out what files were infected so I can avoid the sites where the infection might have come from?

I believe it's a waste of time or else it is infected itself!

Hi Mike,

its standard operational proceedure for that scan to report False/Positives during the pass-thru stage
(it still does it in W10/11)... not sure why
