Alrighty, I went ahead and installed those two programs. Is there anything I need to do with them? Or are they just supposed to run in the background and hopefully make my system more stable.

Those are drivers . Now we wait to see if we get anymore BSOD with F4 in it . The F4 is related to hard drives .

I understand, sure. I'll start a new thread there if I have any more problems. Thank you guys so much for your help. And I guess I'll go ahead and mark this as solved since I'm pretty much sure we got rid of the virus (since both MSE and MSS (and everything else I've run) have come up clean).

we got the same prob bro, i couldnt get rid of this virus, also i cant uninstall nba2k13, last year i played this game for almost 5 months, then one day i cant play nba2k13 anymore and MSE found the obfascator.xz in my comp
