Hi and Welcome to SF!

There are 2 things that I suspect from the dmp files. First of all is your graphic card since directX was blamed and the stop code is graphic card related. SO let's try to re-install the graphic card first
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Secondly, Third party antivirus are notorious for causing BSODs. let's try to remove Norton/Symantec for testing purpose:
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product

Try MSE for now, it's free and well-known for BSODs free, good for testing:
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Are you overclocking anything?

Please run system file check:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Regard,

Tuan

I have remove my graphic card driver with Guru3D and reinstall the driver with a fresh copy from the official website.

also removed NAV and install MSE.

about the OC I didn't change any thing from the bios. Is there a way to know If I'm OCing?

SFC
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

thanks again.

now i will see if I encounter any BSOD I will post the dmp file

These were all memory exceptions caused by your video driver. I would

1-run a memory test
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

2- Replace your video driver
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800fe20ff3, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff8800599c698, Exception Record Address

If memtest is dropping errors to the screen while running, it indicates something is wrong with memory. Second to poorly written drivers, bad hardware configurations are what we find most here as the cause for bluescreens, so if you're seeing memory errors when testing your memory, replace it.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
