Multiple BSODs. (0x0000001e, 0x0000003b) and more.

I have been having BSOD issues for about 2 months, and have tried running memory checks, disk checks, and I can't narrow the cause down. So I'm here hoping someone can help me. I have gotten kernel power, irql, and some blank message, only error code BSODs. They occur at random times, and are quite sporadic. Please help.

BC codes are as follows.
(0x0000001e, 0x00000024, 0x1000007e, 0x00000124, 0x0000003b)
These are the only ones I have since my reformat.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Uninstall SpyBot, too. It causes problems in windows seven sometimes.

Plan to update the BIOS.

Get the latest version from the hardware manufacturer's website only.

Free up the startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Let us know the results.

Well I updated everything as you said, and it all went well, but when I updated my BIOS it turned on my 3rd core of my processor (I previously had off) and my PC wouldn't boot. It would BSOD before I even saw the Windows logo. I had to turn it off again in order to boot. So is this as obvious a sign of motherboard/CPU failure as I think it is? I also have been playing around with my RAM config (slots 1/3 and 2/4 to test sticks) and have gotten many an "IRQL" BSOD. So I appreciate your help. And would appreciate more advice on the matter. Thank you.

Can you test the CPU in another computer with same pins? As you said, it sounds to be a CPU/mobo issue.

Unfortunately, no. All other PCs in the house are different pins =/

Then, turn off the third core as earlier, boot it normally and stress test the CPU.

What is your recommended method of stress testing?

And new development, I had yet another BSOD, then rebooted only to find myself stuck in a loop of blue screens that would last for about 3-4 cycles (bsod to logon then back again) and what brought me out of a 5 bsod loop, was changing the 3rd core back on, and shutting off the 2nd. So I'm lost, because I would think that if one config works, changing it to a config that hadn't worked wouldn't bypass anything. So it may be a fluke, but it might be another sign pointing to CPU failure. Idk, just thought it was worth mentioning.

Test Small FFTs and Blend.

But as you already know that the processor is faulty, better you replace it, earlier thasn it causes damages to other things like motherboard.
