Multiple BSOD's caused by everything from Youtube to BF3

I am getting a Blue Screen that says "A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced" Then it dumps my memory and reboots the computer. I have been getting these BSOD's daily at random intervals for about two weeks now. They tend to occur a lot more frequently when I am in a game, but have also happened a few times while I was watching a DVD or streaming youtube etc online. The ones that occur while I am gaming are completely random, some happen while I am playing newer games that require more gpu and cpu usage, but I also get BSOD's even when I am playing much older games. I just reinstalled my OS and all my drivers a day ago hoping that it would solve the issue, but I am still getting them just as often if not more frequently now.

I have attached the SF Diagnostic Tool Report below with my Mini Dump file in it.

RedHawke, it appears to be a driver bug. The computer thinks it is Driver Verifier enabled.

A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
Whereas it is actually not.

In the present situation, with the limited data you supplied, it seems to be the display driver is buggy. And it is not the latest one.

Ok, so I removed the old drivers exactly as you said and installed the new one after unchecking all the extra boxes and checking clean install. Since doing that I haven't gotten a BSOD, however, I have a new problem which is even worse. Every time I try to play any game or watch youtube etc, within thirty seconds of starting the program my computer freezes then I get a message that says "A Display Driver Has Stopped Working and has Recovered - Display Driver Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 314.22 stopped responding and has succesfully recovered." This had never happened with my old driver, though I did get the BSOD's every few hours.

Anyways here is the crash report from the last one game crash just now:

Alright I followed those methods. The first method did help a little as I was able to get into a game for about 12 minutes before I got that error message and it crashed, and then for about 9 minutes the second time. The second and third methods didn't really do anything.

Here is the error message I got on the second game crash after using the first fix if it will help at all.

Try another version of display driver. The last version worked best for me is NVIDIA DRIVERS 310.90WHQL

Uninstall 314.22 as I mentioned earlier and try this one.

BTW, how old the GPU is?

Actually my old version of the driver was that 310.90, before I updated to this 314.22 one, when I was getting the BSOD but no crashes from a driver has stopped responding and has recovered. I will try going back to that one to see if that gets rid of these new issues.

And my GPU is a GTX 580

OK so after installing that driver, I have not had any more BSOD's or driver has stopped responding and has recovered errors, so far.. I have had one game crash where it froze completely and I had to restart my pc, but I am assuming and hoping that it was an isolated event and had nothing to do with my original problems.
Thank you so much for all your help :)

That is the best driver I used in the recent time. I check every one, all the betas and whqls, but every time I roll back to that one .... :) The only problem is, it is going outdated.

Observe the situation for a couple of more days ..... then report us back.

So I have one other issue, which isn't a big deal but hopefully I'm just stupid and it has an easy solution heh. My Nvidia driver keeps getting automatically updated to the newest one by windows causing the driver to stop responding again, then I have to manually uninstall, sweep, and reinstall that old one. Do you know how to stop windows from updating it?

Well everything was going great, then I just got 4 BSOD's today about an hour apart each all in the same game.
I did set my pc to do a Kernel Dump though after I posted the first time, so maybe that will be enough information to figure out what is going on?
