Multiple BSODs - Help analysing dmp files

Hi there,


My laptop is a clevo x7200 that I purchased on the 16th of December. Since the very first day I have been having BSODs at least every 3 days. Sometimes I have 2 or 3 of them in a day.


I have run prime95 for 6h without any errors. I also run the extended windows memory test and I had 6 passes without any errors.


I have investigated the dmp files and it seems there are multiple culprits for the BSODs but most of the time it points to ntkrnlmp.exe.


The laptop also had some problems while restarting it would shutdown itself while reading the BIOS. I investigated it online and it seems this was caused by my external HDD (3TB Seagate USB 3.0). I have turned off USB legacy as suggested and it this problem seems solved for now.


I really would appreciate if you could look into my dmp files or the txt files (attached in a rar file) I created from all the dump files I have. I really don’t know what to do to solve this problem.


I haven’t yet reinstalled the OS because I would like to understand the problem first. Furthermore, the first BSOD have appeared only 1h or so of my first clean install.

Your Nvidia driver is the cause

- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the Nvidia drivers
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
- Install the latest drivers Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
- Reboot into normal mode

I just tried what you said but I am having a problem installing the latest nvidia drivers (260.99).

When I try to install it, it says "The graphics drivers could not find a compatible graphics hardware". I googled this problem and it seems others have had this, however I could not found any suitable solutions.

What would you suggest?

Also, I am curious why you say the reason for my multiple BSODs is the nvidia driver? Could you explain me how you saw that in the dump files? (I would like to learn to read them better).
