haha ok, lucky i got a laptop to use shall get back to my daily use on PC and see what happens in next 1-2days or less probably

Okay so 3 days koolkat, no problems besides ofc runescape and java derping itself which is normal atm

I think it came down to my bios overclocked abit unstable

Hmm, are you okay without the overclocking stuff? I mean I know your computer is stable now, but is it compulsory for you to overclock your computer? You might want to create a thread in the Overclocking and Case Mods - Windows 7 Forums section and wait for a response..

it's all okay, computers powerful enough without overclocking anyways i'll say this solved pretty much

Hopefully no other issues arrive again
