my application has stopped working

my application sage 50 that was running fine in past but now it is not running and when i click on it windows gives the error "sage 50 has stopped working". i used different fixes as i searched and read on internet but useless.plz suggest me better solution.thanks

What were these fixes? Could you please download Process Monitor, and then open Process Monitor whilst opening Sage 50. Keep using the Sage 50 program, until it crashes, and then save the output of Process Monitor as .PML file when the crash happens.

Place the Process Monitor .PML file into a zipped folder, and then upload in your next post.
