My Computer, Control Panel Dont OPEN

Hi I am From Georgia, And Sorry For my English
When I open My computer Or Control Panel There are nothing. But When I press LOG OF or RESTART, After Start It work Great. What`s Wrong?
I use AVG antivirus
also Clen my pc with
Wise Disk Cleaner
CCleaner
AVG PC Tuneup 2011

When i open start and then search D: and open

Please Help me :*

IMHO the first thing I would do is remove.
AVG antivirus

Wise Disk Cleaner

AVG PC Tuneup 2011

Then install MSE for your anti virus.
Then I would run from cmd prompt/admin sfc /scannow three time with a boot after each. This a Windows System File Checker.
Windows 7 doesn't want or need any speed up or tune up programs. They cause problems most of the time.

onlu one, and say no problem.


any idea?
