My computer is running extra slow

All the sudden my computer is running really really slow and it freezes my games a lot and i tried running my Emsisoft virus detector but still it found nothing Im really confused on what to do if anyone can help please do.

First things first. Let get your system spec done properly. This will help others help you.

Right click on the taskbar and start the taskmanager. On the bottom left click on "Show processes from all users". Now check which processes consume the CPU time.

OK i did and what do you do after that

See whether you see a process that consumes a lot of CPU.
