i did and everytime it keeps saying the code that is under my battery is invalid, i called to activate it and they said the system id is not recognizable in their system

well it wont let me activate online, when i prompts me to activate everytime i boot up the only thing it says to activate throught automated phone, activate now, and buy new code online

yes it looks like that, when i got it i activated it but had no internet then now, several months later finally got to an internet sorce and says its not genuine. when i activated it it never went though and has always said that is not genuine

pretty reliable considering the fact that my buddy got the same one as i did and his works jus fine. unless thats how they get their money's worth by putting falty os systems in jus some of the computers...i really dont want to buy a new code, or new os

Since the support for this installation must come from the System builder (and not Microsoft), I suggest getting in touch with them and explaining the problem.

well the vendor says it shoud have came pre installed and activated. when i opened it and went throught setup procedures it propted me to activate it and i tried and it said that the key was invalid
