My computer wont let me Rename Files

So Here's What happened > After i fixed my accidentally Compressed Drive C everything works find until i found out that my files may not be renamed in both Local Disk C the system Hard Drive and Local Disk D Second Hard Drive. There's only 1 way to rename files and its by archiving then extracting after renaming.I really need help as some files may not be renamed or copied by Winrar and I dont wanna use Softwares to fix this

I used windows 7 ultimate disc to repair it using the Disc control panel. It's when you boot with windows 7 CD a control panel appears and you may pick Fix windows files at the bottom left of the screen
