I hate Cox Communications. I am now on fiber (FiOS), so it matters not.

But, when I was a Cox victim, each month when I paid my bill, the electronic draft (internet banking) was made out to Cox Sux.

After several months of billing problems and two different Public Service Commission interventions, the last 10 months that I was a Cox Sux subscriber, my internet service was provided free of charge.
